Elder-Beerman Stores has promoted Debra Edwards to senior vp, sales promotion and marketing, replacing Timothy Worcester, who is retiring at the end of August. Now reporting to Frederick Mershad, chairman and ceo, Edwards has been with the company since 1993, most recently as vp and director of advertising.
