Textiles Show announces new product awards

NEW YORK -- The New York Home Textiles Show honored best new product award winners and finalists in five categories, along with a best of show at the Jacob Javits Center.

The winners and finalists are:

Best of Show: Prairiedog Co., Ltd. (Osaka, Japan) for its tasty guest towels: the café towel and the cake towel. (Booth 1127)

Bed: Hudson Industries, Inc. (Richmond, Va.) for its Sleep Wedge, for control of acid reflux and snoring. (Booth 1201)

Bath: Forza & Company (Berkeley, Calif.) for its 100 percent cotton, organic Turkish Tradition towel. (Booth 908)

Kitchen/Table: The Dutch Lady (Arlington, Va.) for its Christmas tablecloth. (Booth 1035)

Home Accessories: Alpha Corp. (Ludhiana, India) for its Galaxy hand-woven, embroidered, mohair blend bouclé throw. (Booth 1500)

Home Apparel: Dream Designs Co., Ltd. (Vancouver, BC) for its organic pajamas and facecloth. (Booth 1234)
