CALHOUN, GA —
Hellenic Rug Imports is moving into a new showroom at 295 Fifth Ave. in time for the February Mini-Market event.
The new space at suite 1009 measures 1,445 square feet and was the former space of Burlington Rug Corp., which late last year moved to suite 1512.
Hellenic's new space is about 40 percent larger than its previous showroom at suite 1205.
The added room will be used to accommodate the company's new line of coordinated decorative pillows, throws and accent rugs that will carry the new house brand Hellenic Home, Steve Mazarakis told HTT.
The products for Hellenic Home are all imported from India, China and Greece and include various woven constructions, mainly textured chenilles, and various colorways.
Mazarakis said the Hellenic Home line will target furniture, department and specialty stores.
The decorative pillows are embellished, measure 18 inches and are set to retail for $19.99.
The throws measure 50" x 60" and are set to retail for $39.99.
The accent rugs are set to retail for $9.99 for 2' x 3' and $19.99 for a 3' x 5'.
The company will also soon be launching another new house brand — Hellenic Rugs — to better differentiate it offerings by product category.
We would love your feedback!
