Hoffman Estates, Ill. – Looking to help shoppers begin saving early on for their holiday spending, sister retailers Sears and Kmart are together launching the Christmas Club card.
The Christmas Club card is designed to allow Sears and Kmart customers to set aside spending money in advance, from now through November 14, on such a card. In return, the retailers will reward these shoppers by offering added value incentives.
If activated between now and October 31, Christmas Club card users will earn a 3% reward -- up to a maximum of $100 -- based upon the value they accumulate on their Christmas Club cards by November 14.
To activate a card or contribute funds to an existing one at any time, customers can visit any of Sears and Kmart’s 3,900 collective store locations or go online to www.sears.com/christmasclub or www.kmart.com/christmasclub.
Customers can start their Christmas Club cards with as little as $5. And as is the case with all Sears and Kmart gift cards, there are no fees associated with the Christmas Club card and the value on the card will not expire.
Cash or credit refunds are not allowed except where required by law.
All of the Sears and Kmart Christmas Club cards can be redeemed at Sears, Kmart and Lands' End store locations as well as online at www.sears.com, www.kmart.com, www.mygofer.com, and www.landsend.com.
We would love your feedback!
