Wilmington, Del. — —
Wilmington, Del. —DuPont Digital Printing has announced that, effective in early 2008, its trademarked DuPont Artistri digital ink technology, previously available only as part of the DuPont Artistri digital textile printing system, will be available broadly through select OEM partners and others.
The company said it is “exploring other equipment solutions that would take full advantage of its high-value ink products.”
The company will continue to sell Artistri and Cromaprint equipment until early 2008, and will provide service and support to the installed customer base.
“We believe the digital textile market will have significant value for these well-proven ink sets and we are excited about expanding upon our 20 years of core digital ink science and expertise to benefit the textile industry more broadly,” said Michael Moore, global business manager, industrial inks.
