Walmart recognizes suppliers

Bentonville, Ark. — Hollander Home Fashions, JLA, Mohawk and Loftex have received vendor recognition awards during Walmart’s supplier summit.
Hollander’s recognition extends across the entire home division for execution and quality, according to ceo Chris Baker.
The recognition is an outgrowth of the retailer’s assessment of fill rates, in-stock position, inventory turns and the overall quality of goods supplied. He said that Walmart conducted 26 tests of Hollander’s products in the last year and the vendor had zero failures.
In home textiles, JLA received a supplier of the year award for bedding and Mohawk received the award for home décor. And Loftex received an innovation award for its fast-dry towels.
