Lazaro elevated to mill editor

NEW YORK -Staff writer Marvin Lazaro has been promoted to product editor covering sheet and towel mills for Home Textiles Today.
He previously covered top-of-the-bed, window coverings and basic bedding.
Lazaro joined Home Textiles Today in April 2000. He's covered the mills on an interim basis since last October. "Marvin has been an important asset to our staff since joining HTT," Negley said. "He's successfully taken on every challenge laid before him and has truly earned this promotion. He's been a quick study and has shown he has a true understanding and sensitivity to the home textiles industry."
Prior to joining HTT, Lazaro was an assistant sports editor for a daily newspaper in Connecticut.
