Peacock Alley fans out to juvenile bath

AT THE NEW YORK MARKET —

Peacock Alley will debut new prints, colors and products at the market this week, including its first percale sheet collection and a new juvenile bath group.

Lyric, a 500-count cotton sheet pattern with double hemstitched details, complements the company's existing trademark neutral sheeting palette. Available in the three classic colorways in white, ivory and sable, Lyric is priced between $63 and $203.

Coventry is the company's latest bedding print, a floral pattern with hints of soft green, blue, orange and red on a natural linen-colored ground. Based on a Jacobean floral pattern, the cotton blend product features a delicate sketchbook effect, similar to a watercolor. Available in duvets, bedskirts, quilted shams and quilted coverlets, Coventry will range at retail from $101 to $485.

Olivia, a best seller for the company, is now offered in two additional colorways: tobacco and deep red, both of which coordinate with Coventry's warm tones. Constructed of 100 percent cotton matelassé and stone washed, Olivia is easy to care for and machine washable.

Peacock Alley's Nesting blanket also expands its color palette with Espresso, in addition to the existing colors of charcoal gray and British tan.

For the bath, the company will premiere its new juvenile bath collection called Daisy Daisy, with towels in bath, hand and wash sizes, as well as hooded ones for baby. Initially, the offering will consist of a white terry towel with a woven border of pink, blue and green terry stripes and with small daisies in soft blue and yellow. Retail prices will range from $7 to $34.

In its existing towel line, the Broadway is a jacquard towel collection featuring a textural, pebbled design in plush 650 gram weight terry. Woven of 100 percent ring-spun cotton, the pattern has a plain two-inch border and is in white or ecru. Besides bath, hand, wash, guest and sheets sizes, Broadway also comes in a 1,600 gram weight shower mat. Prices will range from $9 to $72.
