PJ Kids launches new dyed-rugs line

Princeton, N.J. — PJ Kids is launching a new line of 10 dyed rugs with non-skid backing to retail for $59.

The 3-by-5 rugs are created with a process that injects dye into the yarns after they’ve been woven for a sharper resolution. They are also trimmed and carved to look as if they were sculpted, stated the company.PJ Kids has designed the rugs to coordinate with its bedding. New designs include sports rugs, two nautical themes, a camouflage look, some feminine patterns, transportation designs and an outer space rug."The new rug line is a departure for us from our hand-made and hand-hooked rugs as well as our chenille braids. This process allows us to bring a higher level of design and detail to children’s rugs," explains Stewart Paul, president of PJ Kids.
