In an article on Springs Global (HTT, Aug. 20, page 1), it should be noted that following the formation of Springs Global and Springs Global US, some assets remained under the Springs Industries name, in a business still controlled jointly by Crandall Bowles, her family and Heartland Partners. Middleton, Wis.-based Springs Window Fashions is the single contributor to that business unit.

To clarify an additional point, Springs Global will withdraw much — but not all — manufacturing from the United States by year end. Rugs, towels, pillows, mattress pads and some outer bedding will continue to be made at plants principally located in Griffin, Ga.; Nashville; Martinsville, Va.; Bartlesville, Okla.; Piedmont, Ala.; and greater Los Angeles.

A proofreading error led to the incorrect name spelling of three executives at the Lacoste market party (HTT, Aug. 20, page 6). Their correct identities are Howard Yung, principal, Sunham Home Fashions; Dean Davaros, vp sales at Sunham Home/Lacoste Home Fashions; and Walter Bridgham, Macy's Home Store.
