ST. AUGUSTINE, FL – ITA Inc. announced the appointment of Don Fries as its new Midwest regional sales manager.
In the newly created position, Fries will service a new territory for the hard window covering manufacturer, based here. He will report to David Burnett, vp, sales.
As part of his responsibilities, Fries will assist with new start-up fabricators, turnkey manufacturers and private labelers as well as providing follow-up marketing support.
Fries said he plans to focus on "building long-term relationships with key fabricators of multiple product lines in order to sell a broader spectrum of ITA products.
"Although the Midwest has historically been slower to adopt new industry trends, over the past 10 years it has closed the gap, keeping in step with the rest of the country," said Fries, who added that new trends taking hold there are light, airy window treatments, the natural look of wood and soft-woven fiber materials.
Fries has previously worked for both Levolor Home Fashions and Kirsch.
We would love your feedback!
