The 230 Fifth Avenue New York MarketCenter has added several new tenants for the upcoming New York Home Fashions Market in mid March.
Companies opening showrooms include:
The Mega International Inc., suite 405A, a home textiles products suppliers of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room linens;Vivatex Home, which now has its own street-level entrance at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 27th Street, is a supplier of a broad assortment of home textiles, including soft window treatments, bedding, bath and kitchen textiles;Eagle Global Group, suite 403, a bedding supplier;Luxury Home Textile Inc., suite 1606, a producer of comforters, curtains and blankets, and other textiles.
Existing tenants expanding or moving their spaces in time for market include:
Eurolette Linens & Home, which has moved to Lobby Suite 10 and has expanded its showroom to include a private street level entrance on 27th Street, between 5th Avenue and Broadway;Home Source International Inc., which has renovated and expanded its 19th floor showroom into 4,626 square feet in adjoining suites 1907 and 1909;The Mazel Company, which has relocated and expanded into a new 10,232-square-foot showroom in suite 912;R&F Marketing and Stratford Home, which has expanded into a 3,932-square-foot showroom in neighboring suites 1410 and 1411;Textiles Plus Inc., which has expanded and relocated to suite 1309.
