Lanscot-Arlen creates new international sales post

New York — Al Bolton has joined Lanscot-Arlen as director of international sales, a new position.
Bolton, who has been with Microfibres since August 1992, mostly recently was vp, international sales. Earlier he was with Furniture/Today, a sibling publication to Home Textiles Today, from 1983 to 1992 when he was associate publisher.
He reports to Clement Ramdin, chairman and ceo of Lanscot-Arlen, which serves the decorative jobbing business, home furnishings suppliers in bedding, table linens, window coverings and bedding as well as furniture and apparel industries.
In addition to managing the company's agent globally, he will be heavily involved in product direction, said Ramdin.
