Halloween spending expected to rise

WASHINGTON – Halloween has become second only to Christmas as a decorating holiday, according to the National Retail Federation.
The NRF 2005 Halloween Consumer Intentions and Actions Survey, conducted by BIGresearch, found that much of the increase in spending is expected to come from young adults.
