Yunus/Royale Shows Rich Treatments

New York — Bedding manufacturer Yunus/Royale Linens offered collections in three fashion trends at this month's market: Sheer Beauty, a luxury look in cosmetic and cool colors; Ethnic Tribal, a modern take on ethnic motifs and colorations; and Brights, big, splashing color statements in prints.

In Sheer Beauty, Gisel is a puff print with embroidery. Adrianna uses pearlized printing on a subtle cosmetic petal ground. Shamila uses an embroidered medallion design across the bottom of the comforter.

In Ethnic Tribal, designs include Anatolia, a reactive print in a blue colorway and an earth tone version; Shoowa, a combination of black and maize print on a twill ground with a subtle gold spray; and Lumbassi, also a reactive print with gold spray touches.

In Brights, Carnival uses soft pigment printing in red, blue and green colorways. Carnation features the floral in a bright, overscaled print with herringbone cotton tape on the sheeting. Sommerset is a matalesse outer bed with floral prints on a white ground and a variety of colorful dec pillow accessories.

Yunus/Royale Linens also showed Campus Cool, a back-to-college program offered in a soft set that includes comforter and sheets.

In solid color sheets, the company introduced Nano-Tex's newest technology, which combines the odor control, moisture wicking and wrinkle-free features previously offered as separate technologies.

Yunus/Royale also launched a 400-count sateen sheet program that tied into the Sheer Beauty collection, as well as a 300-count percale called Carefree.
