Down Lite unveils Frank Lloyd Wright bedding

Mason, OH — Down Lite International will unveil its exclusive Frank Lloyd Wright bedding line this market in conjunction with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. This launch offers a sneak peak at the full line available for top of bed, including sheeting.

“We feel that the timeless designs of Frank Lloyd Wright are a perfect fit for basic and fashion down bedding,” explained Stefan Hunter, Down Lite’s marketing manager. “The brand represents the finest in craftsmanship and design, all of which run hand in hand with our luxurious down bedding products,” he added. “We see wonderful opportunities for marketing this brand to our customers.”

Down Lite has been targeting several retailers ranging from top-tier department stores to volume moderates and the big boxes. Pricing will be aggressive as the program encompasses a good deal of designs and has the support of the foundation. Some of its more asymmetrical patterns will be featured as printed rather than woven designs.

Down Lite’s patented Permabaffle gate system will be offered in all Frank Lloyd Wright Collection washable comforters. In addition to the standard a la carte offerings, Down Lite will be developing several bundled programs, notably a duvet plus comforter concept.
