In a fall market clouded with uncertainty about future economic conditions, HTT's post-market roundup revealed that vendors are trying to provide added value to wary consumers in a variety of ways.While not all of the new looks were well received, most buyers were surprisingly pleased with what was a broad assortment of colors and designs.
